In this third edition of Being at Home, we will pause and reflect on the ending of a moon cycle, and coming of a new moon.
With a simple sitting and tea meditation, authentic sharing and deep listening, we will reconnect our relationship with water in our daily life.
Come join us as we find inner calm in external chaos, inner resilience in external vulnerabilities, inner peace in external conflict.
Please bring with you a cup of your favourite tea to participate in the tea meditation.
